Neurofeedback for Peak Performance

You don’t have to have a mental health diagnosis to train your brain!

Just as athletes and sports players train their bodies to achieve better results, you can also use neurofeedback to improve your mental performance.

Research and our own experience shows that neurofeedback assists with peak performance in multiple ways.

Improve your attention and focus

The modern world is busy and full of distractions. Focus, or being ‘in the zone’, can be extremely difficult to achieve. Yet if you’ve experienced it even once or twice, you’ll know how much you can achieve when you focus properly.

Build cognitive capability

Better focus enables better thinking and more efficient information processing, so you can perform to a higher level.

Older clients may also find neurofeedback an excellent way to keep exercising the brain, in order to avoid cognitive decline.

Learn to relax and sleep so you’re fully refreshed

Improving your ability to focus is one thing – peak performance also means you need to relax. Constant thinking, worrying and stress don’t help you. The healthiest brains are the ones which can power down, rest and recover. Learn to modulate your brain waves so that you can manage emotions, calm down and let go.

Train your brain at home

Neurofeedback protocols for peak performance are relatively straightforward compared to those for treating complex mental disorders. As such, it’s likely that your ‘brain training’ can be done in the comfort of your own home.

We will need an initial video teleconsultation to confirm that this will work for you, and to teach you how to use the equipment. Once you’re set up and organised, you can train yourself at home in your own time. A practitioner will still work with you remotely, to check progress and adjust protocols, but you won’t need someone every time.
